Based on your requirements, we’ll provide a clear quotation including:

• Estimated turnaround
• Translation/interpretation fee
• Payment currency (SGD, USD, JPY, etc.)

Once you approve the quote, we will confirm the project and finalize the agreement.

We accept formal purchase orders, written confirmation via email, or digital contracts.

Your project is assigned to experienced linguists, managed by a dedicated project coordinator.

For interpretation projects, we may request background materials or conduct a pre-briefing session.

Final deliverables are submitted in your preferred format (e.g. Word, PDF, Excel).

All content is reviewed and quality-checked by native or qualified professionals.

Minor revisions are free of charge within 7 days of delivery.

After delivery, we send the invoice with your preferred payment method (bank transfer, PayNow, etc.).
